OF PACIFIC GOLF CARS

The new merger creates one of the largest golf & industrial distributors in southern California.

Cart Mart, Inc., a leading distributor of Golf, Transportation and Industrial Vehicles, announces the acquisition of Pacific Golf Cars of Escondido, California. This merger enables Cart Mart, the ability to exclusively distribute 4 of 5 leading industry brands including Yamaha, Club Car, Fairplay and Taylor-Dunn brand vehicles.

Cart Mart is proud of its ability to retain the entire key staff in the acquisition and plans on keeping the longstanding Pacific Golf Cars building and showroom on Andreasen Drive in Escondido open for business showcasing a variety of new and used equipment, and stocking a variety of common parts until early 2010.
