THERMAWAVE PRODUCTS ANNOUNCES THE NEW THERMAWAVE BEVERAGE CHILLER AND HEATER
FOR ALL GOLF CARS

  ThermaWave Products, a Traverse City, Michigan manufacturer of thermoelectric products, has recently released its latest product, the ThermaWave "all-weather" beverage chiller and heater. This innovative beverage holder is perfect for golf cars and electric vehicles of all kinds. It comes with a specially designed mug that insures optimum thermal conductivity in both cooling and heating modes.
  The rugged, weatherproof, gimbal-mount ThermaWaveTM was originally designed for marine use and is constructed of UV-stabilized ABS Plastic, stainless steel, and heavy duty, hard-coat anodized aluminum parts. Designed for use with 12-volt electrical systems, the unit gets power from a common dashboard power plug via a marine-grade cord (which is included), and draws less than 3 amps. For carts with 8-volt battery combinations, a 16-volt DC to 12-volt DC converter is available. Wiring harnesses are also offered for many types of carts.
  A special steering column mounting bracket accessory is available for easy mounting on virtually all brands of golf carts. The quick-release mounting system allows it to be moved to any other vehicle or boat that has a 12-volt electrical system.
The ThermaWave chills beverages to 40 degrees F below the outdoor temperature. The most popular twelve-ounce cans fit snugly inside the mug to keep the contents very cold. When the mug is removed, the large opening holds almost every size beverage bottle up to twenty ounces. In heating mode, the ThermaWave heats coffee, tea or soup and is thermostatically-controlled to keep the mug contents at 140 degrees F. All you have to do is flip a rocker switch to change from heating to cooling mode, or off mode.
