U.S. Battery Manufacturing has appointed Michael J. Coad as the company’s new Director of Sales. Coad has been with U.S. Battery for nearly a decade, and in this new position, will continue to grow the U.S. Battery product line through the company’s OE customers and distributor network. “I am grateful for this opportunity and am confident that I can help continue to lead the company to the next level,” says Coad. “As the new Director of Sales, I would hope to continue building confidence and trust with our current OE’s and distributors, as they are a valuable asset to U.S. Battery’s continued success.”
Prior to this appointment, Coad served as U.S. Battery’s Northeast and Midwest Regional Sales Manager, and will temporarily maintain these accounts, while expanding U.S. Battery’s world-wide reach. Coad has more than 34 years of experience in the battery industry and has held various positions up to Vice President of Sales with New Castle Battery Manufacturing and National Sales Manager with Yuasa Battery Manufacturing’s Power Sports Division.
