U.S. Battery Manufacturing is a sponsor of the 21st Annual Bulls Only Dorado Fishing Tournament held in Punta Chivato, Baja California, Mexico. The tournament is an annual gathering of sports fishermen who try to capture the largest Dorado (Mahi-mahi) in the area. The proceeds of the tournament go towards assisting local schools, retirement homes, and charities of Punta Chivato, Baja California, Mexico.
“Over the years the tournament has done so much for this small fishing village, where many of its residents, local and those U.S. citizens who have vacation homes there, are off-grid and utilize U.S. Battery RE-Series products with their solar and wind systems,” says Don Wallace, U.S. Battery CMO/Executive VP, Sales and Marketing.
The annual tournament takes place June 23rd to the 25th and offers up to $1,000 for the largest fish, along with $500 and $250 in prize money for second and third place anglers.
