The Red Hawk team continues to make improvements to their customer online website by adding the ability to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Customers can access an easy to use form on the Returns page which allows them to choose the item, invoice, and reason for the return as well as upload photos and provide additional notes. This new feature on the Red Hawk website expands on options customers have such as placing orders, checking order status, getting tracking information, and viewing and printing of all invoices, credits, returns and the overall customer account summary. The website is also a great resource for product information, including inventory on hand, instructions, pictures and videos. Red Hawk hopes to continue to add upgrades as new options become available.
