To celebrate external and internal excellence in customer service, Nivel Parts and Manufacturing held a week-long event for its employees at all locations. Customer Service Week, which began October 2, and ended October 6, focused around the theme “Building Trust.” Activities included dress-up days, a penny war challenge that benefitted the Jacksonville Humane Society, and a Friday potluck. All the events provided a fun way for employees to interact with each other while promoting a culture of teamwork – a win-win for providing customer service to Nivel’s valued dealers and customers while also building stronger relationships and communication internally. Customer Service Week coincided with Nivel’s Dealer Roundtable.
