Navitas moved forward and invested in direct primary market research. Over the past 18 months they have been out visiting Dealers, Technicians, OEM’s and Distributors to find out what issues were outstanding the Golf Car market place. What problem(s) can they help solve?
These “in the trenches”, hands-on experienced Golf Car Industry veterans shared the options they want.
First problem to solve was alternatives to the low-cost back and forth shuttle of supplying “re-manufactured” OEM systems.
Second problem was support. They asked for continual friendly and timely support for their technicians and;
Third problem was re-emphasized that the market needs “Affordable, well supported, after-market, simple plug and play, intelligent AC and DC systems”.
Navitas staff listened and went to work on creating 3 Bluetooth Apps to make their lives easier, as time is money!
Our Engineer, Dealer/Technician and End User Apps are designed to provide a simple way to set-up a Golf Car and remotely diagnosis issues with ease.
Customers can click on the Alert icon when it shows up on the dashboard app, and simply email the error code/message to their local golf car dealer. So simple.
Dealers also wanted more information to better understand the features and benefits of AC vs DC systems. They wished for options to offer affordable AC replacement systems for all Golf Cars so that their customers can benefit from more miles per charge with increased performance.
Update…after 2 years of engineering planning and testing, Navitas moved forward and invested in developing AC systems that can replace both existing AC golf cars and convert DC to AC for better performance and efficiency.
