While some in the industry are in a race to the bottom, Bintelli is racing to the top. Founder and CEO Justin Jackrel states, “We have maintained our prices, assuring dealer margins and profits that are 75%-100% higher than our competitors. “We have not,” he adds, “joined the so-called race to the bottom in terms of pricing.”
Bintelli’s strategy, which has fueled their continuing growth combines two key components:
- Offering a top-of-the-market line of street legal, low-speed vehicle, in terms of upgrades and accessories;
- Developing and maintaining a strong, motivated dealer network.
Bintelli’s premium vehicle lineup
Bintelli introduced and showcased its top-of-the-line, premium model, the Nexus, at the 2024 PGA Show. The array of upgrades and accessories featured in the Nexus make it the industry’s most advanced street legal vehicle. Perhaps the most exceptional feature is a spectacular canopy, fully integrated with dome lighting, cooling fans, and a superior sound around audio system.
Here is partial list of just some of the important vehicle features:
- 13-inch, dashboard-mounted, touchscreen infotainment control center;
- Dual USB plugs;

The Nexus comes fully-equipped from the factory to the dealer and ready to drive out of the showroom. (Vehicles receive a full, pre-delivery inspection before shipment.)
New Beyond model in the wings
Complementing the premium Nexus models is the Beyond, the company’s flagship model set. The new, upgraded 2025 Beyond is due for a formal launch in the very near future. The soft launch is in process now with production models being received and reviewed by dealers customer panels. According to Jackrel, the initial reception has been quite favorable.
The most exciting feature of the new Beyond is the incorporation of electric power steering. The vehicle is easily turned/redirected by the pressure of a single-finger. The steering column itself is also adjustable. The new comfort focused high back seats bring a sophisticated look and added comfort for the driver and all passengers. To improve the sound quality, an integrated 28” EcoXgear sound bar is now included standard, as well.
Embracing dealer needs
Twenty-four years of experience in golf car sales, distribution, and manufacturing—all ends of the business—means Bintelli management is fully grounded in the needs and concerns of dealers and their business models. Reliability and consistency are the key words in areas of:
- Low service costs from high quality build components
- Reliable history of parts supply, delivered on a timely basis;
- Consistently available service support, buttressed with training programs, as well as hands-on technical expertise, when needed;
- Most importantly, a keen awareness that the dealership needs to be profitable.
Bintelli strives to see that their dealers can remain profitable and grow their business in an increasingly competitive market. In founder Justin Jackrel’s words, “Customers will always buy a superior product and pay a premium to get it. The Nexus and Beyond meet those thresholds of consumer preference, and at the same time, assure dealer margins are not eroded.” In addition, the company offers Dealer Floorplanning (through Northpoint and Dealer Direct) and retail financing (through Sheffield and Dealer Direct).
In addition to these dealer benefits, Bintelli has put in place an aggressive advertising and marketing campaign to build brand awareness and increase sales across the company’s national dealer network with a robust lead generation system.
This clearly has been a successful formula. Bintelli’s national dealer network continues to grow and is over 200 dealers, nationwide.
New factory in Jeffersonville, Indiana
To meet growing demand, Bintelli has added a new manufacturing facility located in Jeffersonville, Indiana. It thus becomes a part of the rich history of the city as a manufacturing site since its founding in 1801. Jeffersonville has hosted shipbuilding companies, munitions manufacturing, and served as a U.S. Army Quartermaster Depot.
Site selection was prompted by the fact that Jeffersonville is just across the Ohio River from Louisville, Kentucky, which provides a critical rail hub for the company, facilitating the shipment of parts and other supplies. Louisville to Jeffersonville is a short truck ride to the new plant and the plant site itself is at the location of a former U.S. Army munitions plant.
Operations in Charleston, SC and now at the new site in Jeffersonville assure the company’s products and service capabilities are sustained by a solid manufacturing base and logistical infrastructure.
Future market development: Contributing to the climate change solution
Justin Jackrel, in addition to preparing his company to meet immediate and short-term needs of the current market and is also looking ahead at the possible next iteration of market development. In particular, concerns over climate change and the policies at all levels of government that are focused on decarbonizing the nation’s automotive transportation system which could offer a unique opportunity for low-speed street legal vehicles.
In this regard, the company is actively supporting the effort to promote the adoption of medium-speed, street legal vehicles. Jackrel notes, “Once more states adopt MSV legislation, it would mean that we could produce a street legal product that could have access to public roads with speed limits of up to 45 mph., which in turn means access to the vast majority of urban and suburban roadways nationwide.”
That being said, should this turn of events actually take place, Bintelli will be ready.
The essence of the Bintelli success story
The essence of Bintelli can probably best be described in the words of the company’s Founder: “Our success rests on three key factors: First, we’ve been in this business a long time—we’re in our 25th year–and have seen the industry from all angles – retailer, manufacturer, and distributor. Second, I believe a key to our success has been our eagerness to introduce and develop innovative products that both dealers and end users want, at price points that keep our dealers successful and profitable. Finally, our sales and support staff are constantly interacting with and listen to our dealer family to ensure the products we offer are the best value in the market.“
