WINK MOTORS INTRODUCES MARK3 NEIGHBORHOOD ELECTRIC VEHICLE AND EXPANDS U.S. DEALER NETWORK

NEW YORK — Wink Motors Inc. has introduced the MARK3, a fully enclosed, four-passenger neighborhood electric vehicle designed for errands, appointments, local shopping, short commutes, and other everyday trips close to home.

As conventional automobiles have become larger, heavier, and more expensive, the MARK3 offers a smaller electric option for drivers whose transportation needs are primarily local. The vehicle combines the compact footprint and efficiency of a low-speed vehicle with many of the comfort and convenience features commonly associated with a traditional automobile.

Standard equipment includes heating and air conditioning, power steering, power brakes, power windows and locks, remote keyless entry, push-button start, an HD backup camera, Bluetooth connectivity, and a lithium iron phosphate battery. The MARK3 is also built on a robotically welded steel unibody platform and includes retractable three-point seat belts, a dual-circuit hydraulic braking system, folding rear seats, hatchback storage, and a refined suspension system.

The vehicle has an estimated driving range of approximately 85 miles, including operation of its climate-control system. It can be charged using a standard 110-volt household outlet, a 220-volt outlet, or a compatible Level 2 public charging station.

The MARK3 is priced at $17,995, including delivery to the customer’s address.

The vehicle platform is used internationally in configurations engineered for higher operating speeds. The U.S. version is electronically limited and configured to meet applicable federal low-speed vehicle requirements. Wink vehicles include a 17-digit vehicle identification number and Manufacturer’s Certificate of Origin and may be registered and insured where permitted by state and local law.

MARK3 vehicles are currently in stock and typically ship within approximately 72 hours following order processing and payment.

Expanding Local Display, Delivery and Service Access

Alongside its direct-to-consumer sales platform, Wink Motors is expanding a network of independent Display & Delivery Centers across the United States.
The program is open to qualified golf cart, automotive, powersports, and independent dealers interested in offering the MARK3 without purchasing or financing a large inventory of vehicles in advance.

Participating dealers may display and demonstrate the MARK3, register interested customers, assist with local delivery, and provide maintenance or service if desired. Wink Motors retains responsibility for inventory ownership and replenishment while also supporting customer transactions, financing coordination, manufacturer documentation, and MCO processing.

Dealers receive a $2,500 commission for each completed vehicle sale. Display & Delivery Centers pay an initial setup fee, which is refunded as qualifying vehicles are sold. Exclusive display territories may also be available in selected markets.

Wink Motors was founded in 2021 and has developed five neighborhood electric vehicle models. The company says its robotically supported production line has the capacity to support continued national distribution.

The company is evaluating additional regional partnerships to broaden local customer access nationwide.
