Built for the long haul, Evolution’s engineering and vehicle production all happens within their 290,000 square foot facility. Located in the picturesque coastal city of Xiamen, China, Evolution’s state-of-the-art facility provides a fantastic work environment for the company’s 500 plus employees. Evolution’s workforce is dedicated to consistently deliver on the company’s value-added proposition. That customer commitment crosses oceans, and is found throughout Evolution’s USA product warehouses, sales, and service arms located from Florida to California.
Evolution produces around 20,000 units a year. The mass appeal of the company’s PRO and PLUS lines have been an outstanding success for Evolution. Due to the success of the PRO and PLUS lines, the company is currently gearing up to increase their production capacity. Both the PRO and the PLUS lines offer exceptional construction throughout, and in keeping with Evolution’s desire to exceed expectations, they deliver an array of standard features that are usually considered upgrades by the competition.

The PLUS delivers an array of modern components like a nine-inch touch screen integrated with a rear-view camera, speedometer, USB port, Bluetooth, as well as a powerful AM/FM radio with stereo speakers (all standard). Your passengers can watch a movie while you watch the road. The PLUS also sports LED headlights, 14-inch color matched wheels, and two-tone seat covering selections that wrap around the most comfortable seats in the business. The kicker that powers the PLUS over the top, is Evolutions’ no maintenance Lithium-ion battery. This Lithium-ion power plant comes standard in the PLUS and will cost car buyers no more than what they would normally pay for a competitors vehicle, powered by a Trojan (lead-acid) battery. The battery is also covered by a five-year warranty. You will find no other such offer from Evolution’s competition.
Build it, and they will run… and run and run!
Not only is Evolution powering into the future, building its state-of-the-art electric vehicles, it has taken the industry lead again by manufacturing its own Lithium-ion batteries. Why the push for Lithium-ion? It’s simple. Durability and efficiency make Lithium-ion an overwhelmingly logical choice. Evolution’s precision BMS (battery monitoring system) protect the batteries from being under or over-charged. Their Lithium-Ion batteries are not only more reliable than lead-acid batteries, they are safer for operators, and much better for our environment. This game changing, maintenance-free power source is also great for quick turnarounds.
Depending on the size of the battery (60AH, 110AH, or 180AH), it will only take a fraction of the time that you count on (compared to a lead-acid), to fully recharge your Lithium-ion power plant. Lithium-ion leaves lead-acid in the rearview mirror.

Lithium-ion batteries are made with biodegradable materials, and typically have a two to three times longer lifespan than their lead-acid predecessors (2000 charging cycles vs 600). With their shorter lives (usually due to on-going maintenance issues), lead-acid batteries, and their messy disposal methods harm the environment. Interested in converting your existing lead-acid to Lithium-ion? Evolution has you covered. The company offers Easy-Install aluminum cases that properly fit into our competitors vehicles (E-Z-GO, Club Car, Yamaha). These conversions will allow you to go green in no time. Power Options
Evolution currently offers three types of Lithium-ion batteries that are encased in durable aluminum packs (#1). The L4860 at 60Ah, for normal day-to-day usage, this battery will stay powered for approximately 30 to 40 miles, and has an approximate charge time of two and half hours. (#2) is the L48110 at 110Ah – this battery is great for personal cars, and will provide the driver between 60 to 80 miles of drive time, and has an approximate charge time of four hours. (#3) is the L48180 at 180Ah and this battery is the most powerful in the industry. It offers the driver between a 90 to 120 mile range. This power plant is a perfect power solution for security and industrial operation’s transportation needs. Clean, efficient, effective and quiet, these batteries give you the perfect alternative to a gas engine.

This October, Evolution will introduce a new and exciting addition to its vehicle line-up. The PRO 4 LITHIUM is a perfect blend of two of the company’s strongest offerings. Evolution is taking the Classic4ac (which is a premium car offered at a refurbished price), and injecting their new 60ah lithium-ion battery to deliver a feature-loaded vehicle and uses the best power plant technology in the industry.
The PRO 4 LITHIUM will deliver a brand new, and unmatched customer experience. A buyer will receive the proven value of the CLASSIC4ac, matched with the maintenance-free, long-life technology of lithium.
